Premier Card is valid
for six months from the date of issue
and your holidays must be taken within
twelve months from the date of issue. |

This offer is open to married couples
or or living together minimum 1 year, aged between 27 and 63 who
are gainfully employed and travel together
plus up to two accompanying children
aged below 12 years. |

Requested travel dates must be at
least 45 days in advance. Reservation
dates may vary to allow for changeover
date at the resort. |

| 4. |
The accommodation provided is an apartment
or hotel unit in one of the participating
resorts. Whilst you are under no obligation
to rent or purchase anything in order
to participate, you will be expected
to attend a sales presentation during
your stay to discover for yourselves
the benefits of holiday ownership. |

| 5. |
Accommodation is provided on a self-catering
basis. All other expenses, including
meals, air and ground transport, is
the sole responsibility of the persons
redeeming this offer. |

| 6. |
This voucher is non transferable and
may not be redeemed for cash, furthermore
it has no cash equivalent. |

| 7. |
This offer is subject to availability
of accommodation being made to Premier
Card. |

| 8. |
Premier Card is provided by your
sponsor, subject to the terms and conditions
herein. In the event that an unauthorized
agent issues this voucher it will be
deemed invalid. |

| 9. |
A refundable deposit may be required
by some resorts to secure your booking.
Some resorts will also charge a reasonable
fee or supplement to cover utilities,
cleaning and other sundries. Full details
will be given at time of booking. |

| 10. |
No reliance should be placed on representation
other than in these terms and conditions. |

| 11. |
Once a provisional confirmation has
been issued, the booking and handling
fee is non refundable. Change of date
or destination after issue of provisional
confirmation will be subject to a further
booking fee. |

| 12. |
Once the booking is confirmed the
redeemer should inform us or the resort
in writing of any cancellation at least
28 days in advance. Failure to do so
will result in the redeemer being charged
the sum of US$200 cancellation penalty
which will be debited from the credit
card provided on the booking form. This
also includes failure to arrive at the
resort allowing a maximum of two days
after scheduled arrival date. |

The redeemer must confirm that the information supplied on the original booking form submitted to the Resort is correct, otherwise sponsorship of the accommodation will be void and paid for at redeemer own expenses, charged from credit card details provide on our booking form at the full published room rate. |

Premier Card accepts no responsibility
for loss, damage, or injury arising
from any aspect of the holidays featured
within the offer, nor for the, unlikely,
non-performance of any strategic partner
or their offers. |
